Property Amenities:

Common amenities include a large heated pool, spa, recreation room, elevators, tennis court and vehicle washing area.  Private access to beach via locked gate. 

The accommodations consist of a king size bed, full size bed, twin size bed and roll-a-way bed; a Pack-and-Play is also available for the little one!   The unit includes free local phone calls, air conditioning, three television sets, DVD player, VCR, stereo system with CD player and wireless internet.  For the gourmet cook, a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer and all cooking utensils.  Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.  The unit also features a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.   A closet full of beach equipment is also provided for your convenience.

Other amenities include the numerous shopping areas and eating establishments nearby.  World famous Cocoa Beach Pier just a mere few minutes away as is the Ron Jon Surf Shop.  The area also includes Kennedy Space Center about 15 minutes away, you can spend the better part of the day visiting with the astronauts, either learning about or refreshing your memory about the history of the space race, viewing the shuttles, watching movies at the IMax theaters or shopping!  About 50 minutes away is Orlando and Disney World, Sea World, Epcot and Universal Studios.
